Little wonder our Christmas menu is going down a treat: it’s simply delicious. To start with you can choose from Parsnip and Apple Soup, Smoked Salmon Carpaccio served with pickled radish, orange segments and horseradish cream, or Chicken Liver, Brandy & Herb Pate served with a mixed leaf salad, pomegranate seeds and warm toast.
For the main event there’s Turkey Paupiettes (Turkey breast stuffed with sage and onions wrapped in bacon) served with cranberry sauce. Or French Trimmed Pork Loin served with sage and onion stuffing. Or Poached Salmon served in a Champagne sauce. Or Parsnip, Cranberry and Chestnut Loaf with a vegetable jus. All, of course, served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Still hungry? Then take your pick from traditional Christmas Pudding served with brandy sauce, White Chocolate and Raspberry Bomb, Homemade Individual Sherry Trifle with fresh fruit and cream, or good old Sticky Toffee Pudding.
You can choose 2, 3 or 4 courses at £19.95 for 2, £24.95 for 3, or £34.95 for the full works. Oh, and there’s a glass of pink bubbles and a Welsh Cheeseboard too together with coffee and a mince pie. We told you to save some room!
