Hats off to our chef Tom

There’s probably only one thing better than tucking into a rib of beef that has been cooked to perfection and that’s seeing the look on the Chef’s face when all his time in the kitchen pays off. Be honest, did you ever see anything as mouth-watering as that beef, or anyone quite as proud as Tom Barber as he prepares the locally sourced beef and all the trimmings ready for a shooting party’s return from a day’s sport? All this, log fires, and a warm welcome too. Hats off to Tom and all the team for another five star performance.
